July 4 Fireworks Show

The Village of Vernon Hills is providing a July 4 Fireworks Show at approximately 9:30 pm on the evening of July 4. The skies over Big Bear and Little Bear Lakes in Century Park will be set ablaze as Melrose Fireworks presents a dazzling aerial display of fireworks. Residents may enjoy the show from the park, the area parking lots, or even personal back yards – as we celebrate Independence Day.
Please follow appropriate public health mandates, including social distancing.
Note that in an abundance of caution and in keeping with current best practices, there will be no July 4th Parade or Concert. It is the Village’s goal to maintain a healthy environment not only for residents and their families, but also for the groups who must plan ahead to take part in these events.
