How to Register

You may register in-person at the Sullivan Community Center, by fax, mail or online. 

All residents must show proof of residency on an annual basis. Proof of Residency Requirements

If not registering online, registration forms are found in all Park District brochures, at the Sullivan Community Center, 635 N. Aspen Drive, or by clicking on the link below.

Park District Household Calendar - Keep track of your family’s Park District activities on a monthly calendar.  Log in with your User ID and password, then click on My Account.  Choose Print Household Calendar and the month(s).  It’s that easy!
