*** NEW LOCATION FOR 2014 ***
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our community garden program. We have secured a new location that will allow us to increase our plot availability by over 50% from previous years. The new location will be located in Century Park North, just east of the new Park Maintenance Facility and near the Century Park North Pavilion. The address of the new site is 1400 Indianwood Dr. As we transition into our new garden home, we will close the two current garden plots and will operate one primary plot location.
One major benefit of the new garden site location will be the addition of a permanent water source. You will not have to worry about running out of water during those hot August days.
The 2014 Community Garden registration will begin on March 11. The lottery is open only to Vernon Hills residents from March 11 -March 29, 2014
Open registration for any remaining plots begins on April 7.
