Wall of Fame

The Wall of Fame, located in the Sullivan Community Center is an alternate way to support your Park District and honor someone special. For a small donation ($50-$75), a personalized plate will be mounted for public display.

Cost for an inverted triangle plate:
• First line, with up to 19 characters $50
• Second line, up to 15 characters $25
• Third line, up to 11 characters $25

Cost for a triangle plate:
• First line, with up to 11 characters $50
• Second line, up to 15 characters $25
• Third line, up to 19 characters $25
